Sphynx need to be bathed regularly. A warm wet washcloth with gentle cleanser works well as they become used to grooming.

Sphynx ears need to be cleaned weekly or as needed using a pet ear cleaner, wipes, and or q-tips.

Sphynx have a higher metabolism than ordinary cats and run at hotter temperatures, and eat more than the average cat. Food and fresh water need to be available at all time.  Sphynx can get cold, a heat source should be available - warm blankets, heating pads.  

Sphynx are strictly indoor cats. If they are allowed outdoors, their skin may burn. Sphynx will not survive the elements long and can become victims of predation and theft if found.
